20 years of StaplerCup: Three instead of two days of the Forklift World Championship!
23 Sept 2025
An extra day - more forklift action than ever before: For its 20th anniversary, the StaplerCup will span three days instead of two. The venue will be the home of forklift sports, the LINDE MH ARENA in Aschaffenburg, from October 23rd to 25th. The Corporate Cup will kick things off, followed by two days of the Forklift World Championship. At the same time, the starting field is set: We are publishing the male and female finalists, including their regions of origin, to facilitate regional reporting. The list of participating national teams and the Corporate Cup teams has also been confirmed. This sets the stage for three days of forklift sports at the highest level.
Aschaffenburg, September 23, 2025. From October 23-25, the StaplerCup will take place at the LINDE MH ARENA in Aschaffenburg – for the 20th time! What is now considered the largest international forklift sports event began in 2005 as an event format at the Hannover Messe in front of a small audience. The following year, Aschaffenburg's Schlossplatz became the iconic stage where several thousand spectators watched the precision work of the Forklift Heroes. The competition expanded onto the global stage, with teams from numerous nations joining in and new disciplines being added – including the Women's Forklift Championship in 2015. Since 2021, the StaplerCup Finals have been held in the LINDE MH ARENA, and in 2024 the German Forklift Championship was further developed into the "Forklift World Championship." Today, the StaplerCup stands for top performance, fairness, and community in the logistics industry – and generates both national and international media attention: In 2024 alone, the StaplerCup reached around 90 million people worldwide.
3 instead of 2 days: StaplerCup with new program
Just in time for its 20th anniversary, the Corporate Cup will have its own day: On Thursday, October 23rd, the LINDE MH ARENA will belong to the corporate teams – with two preliminary rounds in the afternoon, followed by the semifinals and the final, including the award ceremony in the evening (approx. 8 p.m.).
Friday, October 24th, and Saturday, October 25th, are all about the Forklift World Championship (Men's Singles, Women's Singles & Teams): On Friday, the international teams and individual competitors will compete in rounds 1 and 2 (from 1 p.m.); on Saturday, the decisive third rounds will follow, with the semifinals in the late afternoon and the grand finale in the evening (approx. 7:45 p.m.).
Finalists of the Forklift World Championship, as well as national teams and Corporate Cup teams, have been determined
The starting fields for the Forklift Men's World Championship, the Forklift Women's World Championship, and the Forklift Team World Championship have been set. This year's Corporate Cup teams have also been confirmed. A list of the qualified finalists, including their regions of origin and their teams, can be found below.
For regional and local reporting, the StaplerCup press office (staplercup@keoz.com) will be happy to put you in direct contact with athletes from your coverage area and to assist you in arranging interviews in advance or on-site.
