7. Webanalytics-Tools und Online-Marketing Services

Google Analytics:

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of this website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, by anonymising the IP address on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within the Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Google will use this information on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP addresses transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent cookies from being stored by making the appropriate settings in your browser. Please note, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website. You can also prohibit Google from processing the data collected through the use of this website (incl. your IP address) and through the cookie by downloading and installing the browser plugin via the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

We would like to point out in particular that Google Analytics has extended the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to enable anonymised collection of IP addresses or so-called "IP masking". We use this code to carry out a corresponding anonymisation.

Google Analytics is also used on this website to analyse data from AdWords and the double-click cookie for statistical purposes. If you do not want this, you can deactivate it in the Ads Preferences Manager (https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de).

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager enables the management of website tags via an interface. Only tags are implemented here, but no cookies are set and no personal data is collected. The Google Tag Manager can trigger tags that may collect data. However, we do not access this data via the Google Tag Manager. You can find more information about the Google Tag Manager at the following link: https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy/.

Google Ads Conversion

By using Google Ads Conversion, we can place advertisements for our services on external websites. Via the campaign data, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. The above-mentioned targeting measure is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) 1 lit f) GDPR, stating a legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest is the playout of target group-specific advertising. In this way, we want to ensure that we play you the advertisements that are of interest to you.

The delivery of the advertising material by Google takes place via so-called "ad servers". For this purpose, we use ad server cookies through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of ads or clicks by users, can be measured. When you access our website via a Google ad, Google Adwords stores a cookie on your device. These cookies are not intended to identify you individually and are usually deleted after 30 days. For these cookies, the unique cookie ID, the number of ads per placement (frequency), the last click (relevant for measuring conversions) and opt-out information (indicator that the user no longer wishes to be contacted) are usually stored as analytics values.

Since we have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google with this tool, you can find more information under External Link.

You can disable Google's use of cookies by going to the External Link page. You can also deactivate the conversion tracking cookies by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "googleadservices.com". However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website.

Google Remarketing

This website uses Google Remarketing for interest-based advertising. So-called third parties, including Google, place ads on websites on the internet and use cookies, which are stored for this purpose, based on a user's previous visits to this website.

If you do not wish to receive interest-based advertising, you can deactivate the Google remarketing tracking cookie via your internet browser under user settings. You can also deactivate the use of cookies by Google for these purposes by visiting the page. Further information on Google's terms and conditions can be found here: External Link
